Méthode Champenoise
Sparkling WineThe traditional method of producing sparkling wine by inducing a second fermentation within the individual bottle, creating the characteristic bubbles. Used in the production of Champagne and many other premium sparkling wines. Also called the Traditional Method or Champagne Method.
