Extra-Dry

Sparkling Wine

Despite its name, Extra-Dry Champagne and sparkling wine is slightly sweeter than Brut, sitting in the middle of the dry-to-sweet scale. The term can be counterintuitive to those unfamiliar with sparkling wine classification.
