Riesling

White Wine

A white grape associated with Germany's Rhine and Moselle regions, producing wines that range from bone-dry to intensely sweet. In the COLA registry, U.S. Riesling labels are concentrated in the Pacific Northwest, New York, and Michigan. Alcohol levels and residual sugar vary widely, making Riesling one of the most stylistically diverse white varieties in the registry.
