Ravera
Ravera is a Barolo MGA associated with Novello and is a good example of how important named sites extend beyond the most famous central villages. The wines are often described with red fruit, rose, spice, fresh acidity, and serious tannin. For drinkers, Ravera can signal Barolo with both structure and energy.

Recent Vintages
Recent Langhe Nebbiolo vintages have been increasingly shaped by heat, drought, and abrupt rain patterns. Public Barbaresco and producer harvest notes describe 2022 as hot and dry, while 2023 brought a cool, rainy spring with downy-mildew pressure followed by hot, humid summer conditions and complicated ripening choices. For Barolo and Barbaresco crus, the safest corpus treatment is to carry a regional MGA-level note rather than pretend each named vineyard has a separate public vintage record.
