Arborina
Arborina is a La Morra MGA and a useful example of Barolo geography associated with fragrance and texture. Nebbiolo from this area is often discussed through red cherry, rose, spice, licorice, and comparatively polished tannins. For drinkers, the name is a label clue for place and style tendency, not a guarantee of one producer's exact expression.

Recent Vintages
Recent Langhe Nebbiolo vintages have been increasingly shaped by heat, drought, and abrupt rain patterns. Public Barbaresco and producer harvest notes describe 2022 as hot and dry, while 2023 brought a cool, rainy spring with downy-mildew pressure followed by hot, humid summer conditions and complicated ripening choices. For Barolo and Barbaresco crus, the safest corpus treatment is to carry a regional MGA-level note rather than pretend each named vineyard has a separate public vintage record.
